Forest & nature bathing
Time outdoors with no destination to reach. A slower way of meeting the living world, and noticing your place within it.
Less doing. More noticing.
Forest and nature bathing is a slow, sensory experience. It may involve listening, wandering, noticing textures and light, or sitting quietly with what is around you.
This is a nature-based experience, distinct from psychotherapy. It is not a hike, a fitness activity or a performance. Together, we make space for attention, reflection and contact with the natural world.

be wondering.

Is nature bathing psychotherapy?+
